I am a Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist, owner of Peninsula Pelvic Health, wife, and mother of three girls. I specialize in women’s health, sexual dysfunction, colorectal conditions, and perinatal pelvic floor therapy. I create a safe space for healing and provide holistic, 1:1 intervention tailored specifically to you.
